What OCR does

Scanned documents are pictures, so their words cannot be selected or searched. OCR (optical character recognition) reads those images and returns plain text.

Choose English, Turkish or both. The output is a TXT file; layout is not kept, but the text is ready to paste anywhere.

Got a question?

Which tools are available?

Ten tools: merge, compress and edit PDF pages, PDF ↔ Word, PDF ↔ Excel, PDF ↔ JPG/PNG and OCR text extraction. Each tool shows its limits in the job panel.

Where do my files go?

When you start a job, files are sent to our server over an encrypted connection, are only reachable from your session and are deleted when they expire. Early deletion closes access immediately.

Do PDF → Word and Excel keep the original layout?

PDF → Word rebuilds fonts, images, tables and columns into an editable document; complex designs may differ. PDF → Excel extracts detected tables; run OCR first for scanned documents.

Which files can I use?

Depending on the tool: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG and PNG. Password-protected PDFs and Office files with macros or external links are not supported. Size and page limits are shown in the job panel.
