Your documents are often personal: resumes, passports, contracts, bank statements. Here is how we protect them.
1. Encrypted transfer
Files travel between your browser and our servers over HTTPS (TLS).
2. Session-only access
Every upload is tied to an anonymous, signed session. Other visitors cannot see, download or delete your files or jobs.
3. Controlled processing
Documents are processed by fixed, resource-limited conversion engines with strict file checks. Macros, embedded binaries and external links in Office files are rejected, and password-protected or malformed files are refused.
4. Automatic deletion
- Files and results expire automatically after the retention period.
- “Delete files” closes access immediately; physical deletion completes in the background shortly after.
